If you consent to marketing, certain interaction data will be tracked and analyzed (in particular email receipt, email opening, link click information and email content) using tracking technology that enables us to tailor marketing content for you and/or optimize future advertising campaigns as well as our email information service. For this purpose, we use our group internal marketing platform and an external campaign management service to send and analyze our communication campaigns. In this way, for example, we become aware of whether our e-mails (temporarily) do not reach the recipient and receive aggregated data on how many recipients have opened the e-mail message, clicked on a link or the content of an e-mail message in general. This is in order to better understand our subscribers' preferences and interests so that we can optimize our future marketing mailings. In addition, we can identify on a statistically aggregated level whether and to what degree a certain advertising campaign was successful.
